Step To Reproduce:
Enter the appointment system to book a ticket.
Input a time that is earlier than 9 o’clock, such as 8 o’clock, which is not supposed to be a valid booking time.

Actual Results:
Accept the invalid time.

Expected Results:
The system should ask the patient to enter another time which is valid.
