Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the HMS.
2. Choose option 2 to 'Create new account'.
3. Enter a username and password separated by a slash (e.g., username/password).
4. After successful account creation, navigate to the main menu.
5. Choose option 6 to 'Log out'.
6. You will be taken back to the main login screen.
7. Choose option 1 to 'Login'.
8. Enter the same username and password used for account creation.
