Bug sequence & proof

Instructions to find the bug:
- Run
- Log in as a admin (option 1)
- Enter admin credentials (username and password)
- Select option 1
- enter name of the doctor
- Enter a random HKID

Similar to BUG 255 (Could be the same issue)
