I login to the admin account and create the following patient records successfully.

I can reproduce the same issue. After my investigation, the root cause of this error is the constructor of the InfectionReport called the wrong function.

In InfectionReport Line 17:
confirmNum = getConfirmed(); 
confirmNum is the int, but getConfirmed() return String Object.

Solution:
Replace getConfirmNum() to getConfirmed()
confirmNum = getConfirmNum();
