Actual System implementation:
Managers can only approve or reject leaves which are entered by the employees. However, they cannot apply for leaves themselves.

Expected Implementation:
1) There should be an option to apply for leave for Managers as well
2) This demands a feature of self-approve or implementation of higher hierarchies like chief executives.
