Problem: 
A wrong birthday format has been discovered by our tester after registration.

Steps to reproduce:
1.	Go to register page
2.	Register a new account
3.	Check in the data base if the birth format is wrong

Expected Result: 
The result should be in the format DD/MM.

The bug is fixed. The birth should not change by locational setting now.
